I had a terrier mix that just passed away in January...she was so intuned with me and my illness (I have M.S.) and she absolutely knew when I was having a bad day or increased pain. She stuck by me like glue when I was feeling rough and always snuggled closer to my legs when I was having spasms there. They definitely can sense things.
I love the carseat!! I'm looking around here for something similar but not having much luck. I found one online that I'm thinking of buying but it's very expensive.

Yes, I have heard that they are using dog to found some kinds of Cancer in people. I think breast cancer and lung cancer. I have scene (on TV) dogs turning-in when there owners are about to have a seizer.
Sweetie has been a little quite and not eating as well, since the stroke my friend had. I'm hoping we will all feel better in a few days. Having someone that is sick and not knowing what is wrong, is scary
Val-Topher's mom, my sister had bought a car seat last year and I really like it. I wanted to get one, but she had got it in Ottawa, (she lives in Montreal). After the accident I was feeling down so I thought I would run into Pet Smart for a look around. Shopping for my little Sweetie always cheers me up. I SAW IT, the car seat my sister had bought and the same price $29.99, with tax it works out to $34.00. It worked so well for Sweetie that I went back and got my Mom one, she has a Yorkie too. I put it in the back seat, right where a child car seat would go.
It is a “must got” item: Pet Lookout Car Booster Seat, made by Outward Hound ……found it at Pet Smart. This is Sweetie's in the seat. I tried it in the front seat the first time.
