The one book I have, can't remember who's it is, but it tells you how to tune into your own ability ,,and not to flip anyone out... but I did it for weeks and eventually got the sign I was asking to receive, and it wasn't something I imagined or anything like that.. It happened. You know they say we all have the ability. I believe that.. even a womans intuition, is part of it.. and we all know how right on that is.
