Rocky has totally started peeing and pooping whenever and wherever he wants in the house now. He hasn't did this in months. I thought we got through the whole housebreaking stage, but now..I don't know anymore. Lately whenever I walk him, he takes forever to go poop..and now hes goin indoors? He's turning 10 mons soon. and also started lifting his leg (he is not neutered yet) Help!! why is he doin this??
