I feel your pain.. a little after I brought Tuffy home my apartment complex renovated and they redid the roofs.. it was horrible, Tuffy went nuts.. and I was going nuts too from the loud noise. It stinks no one notified you, I'd be ticked off. Hopefully they'll finishe by the time you need to leave.. and on the upside, if it doesn't, the noise should drown out any barking.
