I had no idea the outer ear could get stripped of ear wax's natural benefits with too much cleaning. I think that might be the problem my dog has because I recently noticed his skin on the outside of his ear is dry. I clean his ears once a week but never see any wax. So I guess I better not clean them unless I see excessive wax right?
