I had never ridden before and bought a Sportster on Ebay. I took the test and passed with flying colors. I took the riding course and passed with flying colors...but they trained us on 125cc bikes and they did not hold a candle to the 883cc Harley. We live on a gravel road up on a hill. I started down the drive and lost it in the gravel...minor damage to the bike...major damage to my confidence...severe damage to my husband's state of mind...
I sold the Sportster and am happy riding as a passenger! She was a beauty tho...don't you think?
