IMO, I think when he gets back then you need to tell your friend that she either needs to tell him or you will. You probly will be the bad person for a while but once the clouds clear then your guy friend will realize that you had his best interest at heart. If you keep your mouth shut and he finds out and then finds out that you have known then you will probly never be forgiven.
