 I got a small for a 5lb dog
On their website where it says "how to choose", it says the pac-o-pet can fit up to 4.5 for a small or possibly larger. When I told the company (emailed them to help me choose) that my dog would be 5lbs full grown, they said the small would be plenty big enough. I don't have my dog yet so I can't tell you if it is or not but I am so happy I chose the pac-o-pet. Looks like a purse but very comfy to carry and have him in.
I would also like to know where you get the heat packs and cold packs for this.
