That's just how it always happens, isn't it!! I know the feeling!!
I also know the barky, seal like, croup cough well!! My son had it alot as an infant and everytime had to take steroids/nebulizer. He is four now and we finally got our own neb. and he has only had it once since we got the thing for home!!!
If that's how it was gonna work I would've gotton one a loooong time ago!!
