OK, Chocolate Chip Cheesecake:
-6 oz cream cheese
-1 can sweetened condensed milk
-1 egg
-1 tsp vanilla

Shell:

Mix together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Stir together chocolate chips and flour and stir into mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
After removing, prepare and pour on glaze immediately. Melt in saucepan choc chips and whipping cream. Pour over cheesecake. Chill for 4 hours before serving. |
Wow this sounds absolutely delicious, I got all the ingredients plus the oreo pie shell
Have a question, when making the glaze do you whip the whipping cream before placing it into the pan with the chips to heat?
