I use a soft harness all the time for my Lucy. I have a nice pink mesh stretchy one. It is not too frou frou for everyday wear. It is called Puppia. You can also find them on ebay or any posh pet boutique. I love it, I have 2, a red one and pink one. I waiting for them to make more colors and designs. Yes I agree, you have to have some kind of harness instead of just a collar.
