Unhappy Please Please Help!

Hi everyone,
I am truly going nuts here. Tiki had done soooo well on is pee pads after like 3 days of having him. He's now almost 7 months and doing WORSE than I have ever seen him do! I feel as though he knows where he is supposed to go because everytime he goes on the floor where he isn't supposed to, he cries and runs away from it. I have made the mistale of yelling at him when he goes on the floor and now I think he thinks he's being punished whenever he goes. I just don't know what to do. I've tried to stop yelling at him and just picking him up after he goes and carrying him over to his pads, but I feel like that hasn't helped at all. I am sooo confused
I've read one of you say to just ignore it all together when they go in the wrong place, do you think I should try that? Any suggests at all will truly be appreciated! As of right now I think I've reversed all of the training I taught him in the first place and like I said, I think whenever he pees any where, he thinks its wrong. And this makes me nervous because now he has been doing this thing where he will hold his pee all day and then almost like explode on the floor anywhere because he can't hold it anymore. And then cries and runs away. Did I ruin my poor babys bladder control? Please help!
