Hello everyone. My name is Judy and I'm mom to Sophie. Sophie is 6 years old. She has a sister named Kacy who is a Dalmatian. Sophie had a little mishap last night and ingested Kacy's dose of Rimadyl. I immediately gave her hydrogen peroxide and ten minutes later she threw up. Sorry to be graphic! I then took her to the E.R. vet where she stayed overnight as a precaution. She was given activated charcoal (poor baby) and i.v. fluids. Thankfully she is fine now. Boy, these doggies can sure scare us sometimes.
