IMO, i wouldn't put him in the bathroom, that's the dirtiest place with all the germs on the floor. Dogs and puppies love to lick everything.
For both Bambi and Man-Tou, I placed each of them in a exercise pen and paper trained them. they're both 100% paper trained. Bambi treats any wee pad like his personal bathroom, even when we're out, when i take out a wee pad, he just goes on there and pee.
