Hobbs' hair is the same way....dry body, but oily head....I use head & shoulders shampoo on the whole body, and only put head & shoulders conditioner on his body (not his head). He has the prettiest coat now!!!! So shiny and head is not oily!!!!! You should try it, especially if his coat is so dry that he has dandruff, like Hobbs had before the Head & Shoulders!
