I have a son with asthma too. He fights tooth and nail to when you try to give him a breathing treatment. Luckily he hasn't needed one in a while. I had his breathing machine in my van in Jan. when I wrecked the van. Everything in the van burned up. We were all lucky that we walked away with minor injuries. My oldest son put his head through the window and had a minor cuncusion but didn't cut himself. My middle son hurt his hip on the wood trim in the van but didn't cut himself. My 6yr old son didn't get hurt at all and my 5yr old daughter didn't get hurt at all. I hurt my hand but that was it. The problem with the breathing machine being replaced is that his doctor in Kansas precribed it and I haven't found a permanent doctor in Oklahoma yet. We were lucky in the wreck and we are lucky he hasn't needed a treatment.
