A puppymill is BAD BAD BAD..do a search on the internet and you will see what i mean. IT's a bunch of dogs stuck in wire cages that are one on top of another that are bred year round..not taken care of..the dogs above them urinate and deficate on them the dogs are stuck in the small cages wheere they can't move around..several dogs per cage..the animals aren't treated by a vet ..they are straight up neglected and mistreated..it is horrible.
