Often times yorkies are sensitive to corn. Look at the food you are feeding and read the ingredient list. If there's corn in it that may be your culprit.
My female scratched herself bald because of corn until I figured out what it was.......corn in the royal canin. I tried the benedryl. I tried hydrocortisone sprays. I was at my wits end. Until someone suggested the food.
It's not uncommon for yorkies to be sensitive to their food. Make sure you find a high quality one, with high quality ingredients. No fillers and few by-products.
