My Jack lifts his leg to pee and squats to poop. BUT. I had a Shi-Yorkie and all of his 11 years he would lift his leg to poop. not only did he do that, he would back up to a tree and go, and most of the time on a slope, so that his business would roll between his legs. It was the most hillarious thing to watch, it was like he was hiding his little butt.
