I didnt bring a whee whee pad in each room. What I did is....I confined Buddy to the area in which I will always leave the whee whee pad at. Now, when he runs around, he always goes to the same spot. In the very beginning, I had to have him confined in a really small spot in which he had no choice but to go on the pad....gradually I gave him more room and he still followed the pad to do his business. Now, no problem. Once or twice, I fogot to put a whee whee pad down and he still went in the same spot that I usually put the pad so I think territory also has something to do with it. I think that pads all over the house just makes it confusing to them..talking from experience from mine that is. How about other thoughts on pads all over the house? Good idea or not.
