I read of where a lady paid for a puppy with paypal and then when she got the pup she called and cancelled the payment with paypal and the breeder lost the money and the pup. My dad sells these check forgery detection machines to the bank to scan them to see if they have the oringinal watermarks and what ever they are supposed to have to prove if they are for real. He told me so far the only safe money order is a POST OffiCe money oeder. Dian
