Yes, My CoCo had the same type of large lump after a shot. I thought she had a tumor! It was a reaction from the shot. Probably call the vet and explain what happened after the shot. I am sure it is that. Good luck, Glad we have this forum for 'we parents' and our Yorkies! God, this is nerve wrecking!
