thanks for the reminder! it's disgusting to think there are people out there ready and waiting to take advantage of the good natured, sympathetic, helpful ... but there are. i've seen it on other boards and it's sad because after the scam is up, it puts people on guard from helping those who are truly in need of assistance.
it's a good reminder to all of us to stay helpful and generous when we can, but also be alert and cautious. oh... and the two litte words: "THANK YOU" goes a long way!!!! |
