I am glad you put this thread in. I asked my vet about microchipping and he said that he is just starting to do it, and wants to work on bigger dogs first to make sure that he is perfect at it before working on the furrbabies.
I took a trip to Ohio with Jack a couple of months ago and was worried all the time that he wasn't "chipped".
I think it is a great way to identify your pup.
