Unfortunately he started into his hormones before neutering, but there is hope yet. Usually the hormones are out of the sytem by around 30 days after neutering. Let's hope his are almost gone and that he stops this behavior. In the meantime though, you need to stop him whenever he starts the humping. Whatever method you use for corrections. Put a stop to it immediately so he understands this is not acceptable behavior. Distract him with semething else after correcting him. Good luck.
