I would be most happy to set up a page just for the memorial fund for Rachel and Bella on my website. I was thinking that the people who donate could choose which organization they would like their donation to go to. I do have a pay pal account and would be happy to handle this for anyone who would like me too. Receipts for all transactions are always emailed immediatley which could be forwarded to the person who donated. It's just a thought I had, in case the rescues were not willing to set up an individual fund in her name.
