 The Needle Aspiration
Ok, the vet said that there were no cancer cells in the fluid he removed from Tucker's tumor!!!!! Yeah! So, even if it is cancer, it means that it is very early. The tumor itself is so small and then to have the fluid come back clean is a very, very good sign! I'm feeling much better about this. Of course, we still have to get through the surgery on Monday. And, wouldn't you just KNOW it! I have to go to Baltimore for work Sun-Wed. I am so not happy. It is something I can not get out of. Of course hubby and Megan will take good care of him, but I'll be a wreck. I won't do much at the manager's meeting. And I'll be leaving my cell phone on....I don't care what anyone thinks. Kenny promised to call me the minute he hears anything, so it stays on. I feel like such a BAD mommy, (or Grandma, as Megan calls me), leaving him when he is going for surgery....grumble, complain, grumble. We also decided to have him microchipped while he is there. I have been wanting to do it anyway, and since he'll be asleep he won't know about it. Oh brother, I wish Monday was over!!!!
