--- this is REALLY long!! if you want to skip to the pix it's ok!
well of course I got to the doctor's office and waited in the room, waiting for the girl to do it.
Well after 10 minutes of waiting, she came in.. poured that cold gel all over my belly (and there was A LOT!)..
so i took one of my best girlfriends with me since, my boyfriend had work and had no way of calling in.
well ok then of course I saw the baby! and was like YAY! i've been waiting SO long for this moment.. i was just too excited i could have had a heartattack lol..
well, after about 15 minutes of the girl trying to get the baby to move around, it kept pushing it's but in the screen and it was covering it's private parts!
as if it was going "don't look! i'm naked!" lol.. it was So cute!
well, halfway through my ultrasound, a nurse practitioner comes in saying she's going to send one of her patients to the ER and they need an ultrasound ASAP.. so that meant she had to stop what she was doing with me and attend to her :shock: :?
After all that Jabbing at my stomach.. we couldn't find out what the baby was.. and she told me to come back when i was to do my diabetes screening (which is when i'll be 7 months pregnant?! OMG um nooo i will not wait that long!)..
so here i am dissappointed yet again!!!! grrr all the way the drive home..!!
well in my desperate attempt to find out what my baby is.. i decided to do the 3d/4d ultrasound.. i scheduled an appt at the last minute and thank GOD they had an opening! so my friend and i headed over there in record time through all that traffic!
this place was beautiful! the outside had a waterfall pond kind of scenery and it was so nice. Inside the room was so beautiful, it was in a warm and cozy room setting, the actually "table" you lay on was really a bed! so comfy!! and had a big screen for my guests (if i brought a lot) and a lot of screens all over the place so i wouldn't miss it for the world!
well, she put the gel on me, i was anticipating it to be cold as ice as the last one.. but it was warm and felt so good LOL..
she proceeded to look at the baby.. and after 20 minutes of having me move on my left, then on my right, then on my back, then tapping my belly... (because the baby STILL was covering her privates and flaunting her cute round tooshie)..
they found out.. that it is a....
BABY GIRL!!!!!!!!!

I have more but ahh! i even got a DVD so that my boyfriend and i can enjoy! i'm FOR sure going to this again when i'm farther along! not long after this ultrasound i went to babies r us and registered and picked out all this cute girl stuff! YAY!
