I'm sure they are all different...but we had a great experience and we have the exact ins. plan you mentioned.

Our first visit ( 2 puppies at 12 weeks) would have cost me 260.00. Instead I just paid the monthly fee. I worked it all out...and it does save you money especially the first year. My husband and I figured we wanted something in place where we didn't hesitate to take them in because of money. This way every office visit is free. So even if we have a slight question I can take them and not get hit with a 50.00 visit fee.

The vet was very sweet with them...and even did a follow up call to see how they did with the shots. IMO they were really nice and considerate.

Unfortunatly every place is different. I would say go meet the vet...and if you like him/her the package is great.
