I give my Poopsie a pea-size of Nutrical 3 times a day. She's pretty tiny... so I give it to her to make sure she gets enough sugar. I've never had any problems with it... and Poopsie loves it! It's like a treat to her. I did switch to Karo syrup for a while, but it made her poop hard, so it was hard for her to squeeze out! lol... anyways... nutrical is great.
