I'm no expert but yes..that snorting and excitement MAY have caused her to throw up...My girls are almost 4 and 2 and still do that snorting thing...they get REALLY excited when I come home and it's almost a sure thing one of them starts snorting like a piggy....

IF she doesn't get sick again - chalk it off to the Bully stick and maybe the snorting took her by surprise too....

It really does work to pick her up the minute she does it...and just gently tap on her nostrils while holding her head against you....I hate that snorting because I'm always afraid they'll hurt their tracheas... or worse choke.
