 a little nervous...
I am taking my Kody to be nuetered on Monday. He is 7.5 months old and 2 pounds 1 ounce. He is just tiny - always been healthy, very playful and no issues with low blood sugar (ever). My vet said he would do blood panel and give him a special anethetic through a cathiter (sp?) to take extra precaution. I am still so nervous because he (the vet) didn't want to do this until he was 3 pounds but has finally conceded he will likely never be that size. Anyone had experience with such a small yorkie getting fixed? |
