I am in the same boat as you, even though Tia came from a breeder she really just isn't getting the potty thing. I've decided that tomorrow (she is already asleep tonight) I am going to put her on her leash and keep her like that all day. that way I know ABSOLUTELY what she is doing at all times and if she begins to sniff, I'll take her outside as well as every 45 minutes. That's my plan of action for now - I hope you have luck with your little one!
