Little pups must be protected from big pups...even in a litter. Tike is acting exactly the way a 12 week old acts...so you need a pen. You will have to alternate with them until they mature and can act better towards each other.
Get a big play pen and set it up in your living area...this really is no different then having human children..a new baby and a rowdy 2 yr old...good luck

PS..I guess I make everything sound so easy to manage, but with a gated area or pen, it will help so much...if not, why not place Tike..he does need to be a puppy and be rowdy.
