I am so sorry to hear about this. Has your vet told you what to do to treat your house and yard? If the dog was there it can lay dormant for years! My sister used to work in a humane society so I can ask her if you want on what to do. I do beleive though that bleaching your yard and house is about the only way to kill the parvo virus. My sister had a dog that got parvo and it was very costly but she saved him. She used a carpet cleaner and put color safe bleach in it and went all over her house. She also put bleach on her yard. It killed the grass but like she said no grass is better than deadly grass. I hope everything turns out good in the end. If you want more information just pm me and I will ask my sister if you want.
