My Penny is 9 months old and just two days ago lost her to top canines, baby teeth. She has had two baby and two permanent for almost 3 months now. And suddenly they were gone, I didnt even notice that the baby teeth were loose.
So I guess what I am saying is be patient and hopefully they will come out on there own...
