I know this is way off the Yorkie topic but at least I got it in the right category this time! I'm looking for a recipe for quesadillas..but, not just any recipe. This one had grilled chicken mixed with (I think) a sauce of mayonnaise, sour cream and a few other ingredients...then it's topped with shredded cheese and put under the broiler for a few minutes. Does anyone recall or have a recipe like that? I'm planning a dinner with quesadillas and my killer nachos so the quesadilla recipe has to be just right!
If you don't have the one I'm looking for please post your favorite...maybe it will be a better one!
