mama milk is always better than supplement... if you have to.... pull the other pups aside and let the little one feed first. If he is too weak to feed.... make some sugar water and drop it in his mouth so he has energy.

I went through the same thing with my last little. Had a very skinny little boy and he was not getting enough milk. As a good breeder you have to be there around the clock and make sure he gets milk.

Good Luck...... at this point they should be eating every 2 hours or less..... it might be a long night but it'll be worth it in the end.....
