when you call the hotel..... you must specify you have a '5' pound dog. Cause all hotels won't allow dogs because a dog could mean 150 lbs. I travel everywhere with my MaeMae and to tell you the truth.... most hotels allow her due to her size. Maybe pay a little extra but it is never a big deal. Also.... most of the time... nobody even knows she is with me! It depends how well your dog travels.
