My puppy Abby is ten weeks old. This is her first week home and I was having a really hard time getting her to eat as well. I totally understand your frustrations and problem. I put some chicken down for to eat and she gobbled it up. I am not sure if this will help with the protein questions, but maybe it will at least get him to eat a little something.
