Hey, I had no clue what they were until 2 yrs ago..they are a purebred Yorkie that is a genetic mutation..they are called Pie bald...have you every heard of a pie bald horse..same type gene.
They have been bred in Germany for over 20 yrs and now there are US breeders. I had Isabella shipped from a German breeder.
