I was building a business fast when I first started. I made District Manager in the first month and Executive District Manager the 2nd. I promoted out two District Managers also. BUT the pace was getting to me. It can get pretty frenzied at times! What I like to do now is just share the products with people and get them to be BUTTFACES!!
I really believe in the products so that's what I'm focusing on now instead of business builders. I was managing a big downline but now that I promoted the DM's it's been much easier for me.
