We live in an apartment that does not allow pets but most people here have them anyway, but our lease also states that we are given two days notice for inspections etc.. Our lease is up at the end of May so we are going to move. Luckily Sebastian does not bark, the girl upstairs has a yorkie-poo and he howls and barks all night and all day. If we get caught they claim they will charge us a fee plus immediate eviction. But like I stated before so many people around here have them so I don't see the difference. (I do but my hubby chose to get him for me anyways) |
