I think I have one of the most wonderful husbands in the world. He quit gosh going on 20 years ago for me. My allergies had gotten so bad that I couldn't be around him. First he started going outside and then just smoking in the car on the way home from work. But, it didn't work I would immediately get sick, I think alot of it was from living with a smoker my dad for 19 years I developed asthma when I was younger so between that and my allergies he quit. Of course now and I most definitely wouldn't recommend this but he dipped in place of the cigarettes and he still does it to this day. I've been on him really hard because I'm afraid he is going to end up getting mouth cancer. Plus I don't want our 9 year old son to pick up the habit.

Good Luck and keep up the good work. You can do it. Just think about how much better you will feel once you get over all the cravings.
