Good for you! I know that things will get better! I wish so bad that I could quit smoking but its not working for me either!
About the hypnotizing my cousin and her hubby did that a year ago and as soon as they left the place they were fine but the very next day they were both smoking again. So I guess for some people it works and for some others it doesnt!
