In our last rented house I had already signed a lease before the landlord said - you have NO pets right ? I swallowed and said no - I really needed to have a house by the end of the day at that time....So...what we did when he came over to inspect our roof once was I took the THREE dogs for a ride in the car till he was gone - We never had inspections or anything like what you're talking about thought - I wouldn't like that !! I would think since you already have the cat you could casually mention it - and about the yorkie - I don't know how you can handle that - they do bark and if your landlord came over unexpectedly - they would know for sure ! |
