Well, it just says in our contract that they can do interior inspections with a 2 day notice first. I don't know why they would do an inspection? We've lived here since December, and our realtor has never came over the house or called us about anything... My mom told me that they normally wouldn't do an inspection or bother you at all unless they think your doing something wrong (like having parties, or neighbors are complaining about us...etc).
But, I was just wondering if any of you are in the position or have been?
This is why my husband and I are looking into buying a house, I told him if we do, than I am getting all the yorkies I want!!! LOL.... |
