i have tried but didnt work....my husband said i need to try april 1st....i told him ok but i think it may just be an april fool joke. it is sooo very hard to quit. i feel for you. i have the patches. i used the patch about 5 yrs ago and i quit for about 3 months but then went out w the girls and started back. good luck to you
