Thanks for your replies. I am going to try and feed him once more. He is jumping out of his basket to go for drinks of water or just to sit up and stare at me. If he is not better by tonight I will definately be taking him back to the vet or a different one for that matter.

Hon, I don't want to scare you, but if it were me, I wouldn't wait until tonight. These little guys can go down hill so quickly! He may be lethargic because of low blood sugar. If you have nutrical, give him that. If you haven't had a chance to get it yet put some karo syrup on your finger and he should lick it off. Just like a new born baby these guys can go from just fine to very sick in a heartbeat. He could have had just something intestinal and that is fine now but a new puppy should not curl up and go to sleep when you take him out. If you are even a little leary of this vet's competence, go with your gut feeling and take him somewhere else. Good luck, I'll say a little prayer for him.
