Good for you for getting your little girl outside. My boys are the same way. If I don't exercise them, they drive me nuts around the house.

I walk them every day, snow or not. But I can see where rain could be even more of a nuissance. I would think a raincoat will help a lot. And are there any covered areas where you can play with her?
